The setup fee covers the full design and development of your website — from the initial brief and design concept through to the final built and deployed site. It's a one-time cost for getting everything live.
What does the annual fee cover?
The annual fee covers your domain renewal, managed web hosting, SSL certificate, and ongoing support. It keeps everything running smoothly so you don't have to think about it.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a round of changes to your existing website — updating content, adjusting layouts, swapping images, or tweaking sections. Each revision covers a batch of changes, not individual edits.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Lite to Plus or Pro at any time. You'll pay the difference in setup costs and your annual fee will adjust at the next renewal cycle.
Do I own my website and domain?
Yes — fully. The domain is registered in your name and the website is yours. We manage the hosting, but you have full ownership and control of all your assets.
